Pigeon River & Beyond - Back Country Horsemen, Michigan

Is it correct more tickets were sited in pigeon river? If I may ask what is B. C.H  stand or response to this? thank-you

Are those who were ticketed members of any chapter or affiliate of Back Country Horsemen (National, state chapter or regional affiliate)?  Regardless, if people were ticketed, it would be their responsibility to take whatever legal action they feel is necessary for their particular situation. If people are caught breaking laws, they are responsible for their actions. Back Country Horsemen organizations are not legally responsible for the actions of their members, with the exception perhaps of financial responsibilities of officers. 

 I hope this answers your question. I'm not entirely sure what "stand or response" you might think would be appropriate.
