Pigeon River & Beyond - Back Country Horsemen, Michigan

PR&B is in the planning stages of publishing a HORSECAMP COOKBOOK to be used as a fundraiser.  One of our members has helped do this for another small organization and raised some good money.  This doesn't have to be just about horsecamp cooking, we can include any recipes you have that you like to make and eat.  We need to get started collecting them now, so if you have some (1 to or so recipes that you would like to share, please type them on an e-mail to me so I can start compiling them for the book.  Be sure they are COMPLETE and ACCURATE.  Typing is preferred for legibility, but if you can't do that, just copy them off on a sheet of paper and put them in the U.S. Mail to me.  When published, your name will be printed in the book along with your recipe.  We would like to be able to get this to the publisher by January so it can be complete and ready to start selling at the spring Horse Expos, so time is important, lets get started collecting recipes.  Once they are all collected we will need to type them off on forms the publisher will supply, so we will only have the rest of October, November and December to collect, sort and process them.  My email Address is  marietad@frontiernet.net .  I will be watching my mail expecting something from you shortly.
