Staying in Touch with Lansing

Please stay in touch with your legislators and those who have influence - either in the area where NO HORSEBACK RIDING is, or on committees that will influence the outcome of recreational riding in Michigan: Appropriations, Outdoor Recreation, Natural Resources / Tourism, Agriculture, Transportation, Commerce / Economic Development, and, a NEW Senate committee: Reforms, Restructuring, Reinventing.

CALL your legislator’s office and leave a message. You may also wish to call to let them know YOUR email address so that it doesn’t go into the spam/ junk folder.

If sending an EMAIL, in the subject line write: Horseback Riding at … …..  (put in the location if appropriate)

Or… send your letter by FAX.  The websites provide fax numbers for each legislator.
